Moslem wedding doesn’t need the civil ministry to conduct the ceremony. It has a different procedure than other religion.

Leading by Moslem’s minister called Penghulu After the ceremony the Moslem Minister will give book of marriage from KUA ( Moslem Court) called Buku Nikah which is already legalized by the government and will legal in Indonesia and legal in other country as well after translated to the language where the couple coming from.

DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR MOSLEM WEDDING:
1. Copy of passport (both partners) or KTP for Indonesia
2.Copy of birth certificate (both partners)
3. Copy of decree absolute if divorce
4. Copy of death certificate and previous marriage certificate (if widowed)
5. Letter of No Impediment from your Consulate within Indonesia
6. Letter of single status from Lurah/Camat which legalized by civil office where they stay for Indonesian
7. Letter of N1, N2, N3 and N4 from Moslem court where the couple coming from for Indonesian
8. 6 pieces of photograph size 2 x 3 and 3 x 4 both partners
