Terms and Conditions
 * Low season : January 9th to 30th June and September 16th to December 19th - minimum 2 nights
* High season: Chinese New Year (2008) – 4th to 9th February 2008 inclusive ,
Easter Week (2008)- 21st to 27th March 2008 inclusive, July 1st to 31st inclusive and September 1st to September 15th inclusive. - Minimum 5 nights
* Peak season: August 1st to 31st August inclusive, December 20th to 8th January inclusive. - Minimum 10 nights
* Valid for all market
* Banjar fee & Function fee will be applied for wedding with attendance more than 15 persons OR having loud entertainment.
* Security deposit at USD 500.00 payable upon check in and refundable if no damages incurred
