* Low season : minimum stay 5 days
* High season: (20 December - 15 January) - minimum stay 7 days

* Banjar fee & Function fee will be applied for wedding with attendance more than 15 persons OR having loud entertainment.
* Security deposit at USD 500.00 payable upon check in and refundable if no damages incurred
